Where discs are supplied to library music users of all categories in the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland from the Panama Music (Library) catalogue and taken into stock the supply and use is subject at all times to the MCPS Code of Conduct and the following conditions; (1) the disc(s) remain the property of Panama Music (Library); (2) the disc is only for the use of the recipient (or where the recipient is a facility house for the use of the clients on the facility house's premises) and must not be supplied or loaned to any other party; and (3) the library may at any time (either itself or its agent MCPS) require that the disc(s) be returned or made available for return. The Copyright and Protection notice referred to must be observed at all times and the authority of MCPS or appointed world-wide agents must be obtained to use disc(s) from the Panama Music (Library) catalogue.All rights of the manufacturer, owners and performers reserved. Unauthorised public performances, broadcasts, cable transmission and copying prohibited. The recordings contained on Panama Music Library discs are specifically produced for film, television, radio, audio-visuals, advertising, facility houses, background music suppliers and all library music users. Permission for their use and to re-record is subject at all times to having obtained authority from the Mechanical Copyright Protection Society, Elgar House, 41, Streatham High Road, London SW16 1ER and appointed world-wide agents and to obtaining therefrom an appropriate licence prior to any exploitation, use, exhibition or distribution.
